It's officially official! Prep bagan yesterday!
The Little Tart is Haliburton's tart store! We're a tiny pastry shop in the town of Donald, 8km south of main street Haliburton, Ontario. (That's a short drive along Gelert Road!) We offer good old fashioned home baked goodness from our very own "Ooey Gooey Butter Tarts" to our popular Thanksgiving pumpkin pies. All of our baking is created by hand, from scratch, on site. All of our recipes are tried and retried until they are our absolute best because only our very best will do.

It's That Time Again!
'kayso... this is what happens when Bill writes up the opening sign without my input. He's happy so... let him be happy.It's that time again. Like all other wild things we're emerging from hibernation because that pretty much sums up our winter.We're excited to get back into the kitchen and look forward to the hustle and bustle of opening. We can't wait to see you all again!We've missed you!❤️
