Victoria Day Long Weekend 2024

Mother's Day Weekend

'kayso Bill and I were out doing some yard clean up this week and yep, those itty-bitty bitey buggy-boos are back!  If you're already here you know it and if you're not... you've been warned. 

Speaking of things that get under your skin it's Mother's day weekend! 

She kissed your booboos, wiped your tears with tissues and gave you more issues than time magazine so... if you have a mom or two, know a mom or two, or if you are responsible for making someone a mom... or two (take that however you choose), doesn't she deserve a sweet treat this weekend? She sure does and we know just the place!

It's a beautiful sunny Saturday morning. We hope you have a chance to enjoy and hope we'll be seeing you soon. ❤️

It's officially official! Prep bagan yesterday!

It's That Time Again!

 

'kayso... this is what happens when Bill writes up the opening sign without my input. He's happy so... let him be happy.

It's that time again. Like all other wild things we're emerging from hibernation because that pretty much sums up our winter.

We're excited to get back into the kitchen and look forward to the hustle and bustle of opening. We can't wait to see you all again!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by last Saturday and today. This has been a fabulous winter opening and a wonderful finale to our 15th year!

Bill and I wish you a  very Happy New Year and we hope it is very much like our butter tarts; sweet, satisfying and full of ooey gooey goodness! We plan to party like it's 1899 (but with movies and natchos).

Winter Opening 2023

It's beginning to look like it's time to think about our winter opening! 🎶

'kayso... we've been thinking about it since we closed Thanksgiving weekend but it is drawing near and we're looking forward to getting back into the kitchen to do some baking making for your winter celebrations.

We hope you are all doing well, staying safe and healthy and having a wonderul start to the winter season which hasn't officially begun although the snow (and freezing drizzle happening right now) says it has.

Anyhoo, we are getting ready and so if you are here, around or in the vicinity of the Haliburton Highlands on Dember 23rd or 30th, we hope you drop by even if it's just to say hello because we've missed you. ❤️
